Return Policy
Return Period

You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The product must be in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition.
All original packaging, accessories, instructions, and tags must be included.

Returnable Items

Unopened clothing and hardware
Unwashed clothing and hardware
Clothing and hardware with tags still attached
Other unopened and unused clothing

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Products that have been installed or used
Customized or specially ordered products
Products with severely damaged or missing packaging
Incompatibility due to customer’s incorrect model selection (we recommend confirming the size before purchasing)
Products exceeding the 30-day return period

Refund Policy

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Processing time: Review will be completed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned goods.
Refund arrival time: Usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on the payment platform.

Refund Amount

Full refund: Product has quality issues or incorrect shipment
Partial refund: Product packaging is slightly damaged but does not affect use
Shipping cost deducted: For returns not due to quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Cost Explanation

Our fault (quality issues, wrong shipment): Shipping costs are borne by us.
Customer’s fault (dislike, wrong model selection): Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refusal to accept the package: Round-trip shipping costs may be charged.

Exchange Policy
Exchange Conditions

The received product has quality issues or defects.
Incorrect shipment (the received product does not match the order).
The product was damaged during transportation.

Exchange Process

Contact our customer service team and explain the reason for the exchange.
Provide the order number and product photos.
We will arrange for an exchange or reshipment.
For exchanges due to quality issues, Round-trip shipping costs are covered by us.

Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization

Customer service will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Return the Product

Return the product using a trackable shipping method.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Package the product properly to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

Step 4: Wait for Processing

We will inspect the returned product within 2-3 business days of receipt.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after successful inspection.
You will be notified of the refund status via email.

Quality Guarantee
Product Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty periods vary depending on the product (usually 6-12 months).
Warranty coverage: Manufacturing defects, material issues

Not covered by warranty:

Damage caused by human error or improper use
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by accidents

Special Circumstances
Order Cancellation

Cancellation before shipment: Full refund, no fees deducted.
Cancellation after shipment: Packaging and handling fees may apply.
Customized products: Cannot be canceled once production begins.

Out of Stock or Delayed Shipment

If a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.
You can choose to: wait for restocking, replace with another product, or receive a full refund.
